Meetings

General Membership HBBC Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM in the Anza Library and/or virtually, unless otherwise announced.  Please check the HBBC calendar to confirm the date and time.  If a virtual meeting is offered/held, a link will be provided through the Band App before the meeting time.  All members are invited to attend, but only those with a Family Membership can vote.  The agendas will be posted in the HBBC Google Classroom before the meeting.  Anyone who wishes to discuss a particular subject in the meeting should let the Secretary know within 48 hours of the meeting.  Meeting notes will be posted to the HBBC Google Classroom.

HBBC Executive Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Anza Library and/or virtually, unless otherwise announced.  The agendas will be posted in the HBBC Google Classroom before the meeting.  The Executive Board may call additional meetings as needed to meet the needs of HBBC, the director, and the students.  If a member would like to discuss a matter privately with the Executive Board, please reach out to the Secretary, who will arrange a time at the next Executive Board Meeting.

All decisions, agreements, and votes conducted outside of a scheduled Executive Board meeting shall be documented in an official Decisions Log maintained by the HBBC.
