There are 3 types of membership in HBBC
Family Membership (1 vote per family)
Associate Membership (friends/extended family/alumni of Hamilton Music students)
Corporate Membership (businesses or individuals who contribute $100+ towards the HBBC during the school year, advertising and swag included in membership)

Membership is for parents and/or guardians, patrons, alumni, and band directors of students currently enrolled in the band programs at HSS and its feeder schools, including (but not limited to) Hamilton Elementary, Cottonwood School, and Idyllwild School.
Each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members.
Annual membership dues will be for the school year commencing in August and ending in June of the following year. A member is considered to be in good standing upon payment of annual membership dues. Annual family membership dues for the corporation are to be set by the Board of Directors and submitted for approval by the membership at the August meeting. The first year of a family membership is $40 per family, with one vote per family membership, and $20 per year thereafter. For a minimum of $15 per school year, alumni and friends of the HSS Band may receive an Associate Membership, with no voting rights. For a minimum of $100 per school year, businesses, firms and corporations are encouraged to support activities through a Corporate Membership. Each membership will be added to communications through HBBC about performances, events, and fundraising. Corporate Memberships will be advertised in concert programs and announced during football games. Associate and Corporate Members who donate additional funds above the membership fees will receive HBBC “swag” and additional advertising.
Once members have paid their dues for the year, they are invited to join the HBBC Google Classroom. This is where we will make volunteer assignments, discuss fundraising, and post meeting minutes.
